What you will do

• Prepare and review journal entries related to operating expenses (Opex).
• Manage reconciling schedules for accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing tasks and provide ad-hoc reporting.
• Perform cross-departmental reconciliations to ensure consistency across organizational units.
• Analyze Balance Sheet and P&L flux and categorize daily bank transactions.
• Support accounts payable functions and provide supporting evidence for audit requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing or retail environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics D365.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in a start-up/high-growth eCommerce or CPG business.
• Experience with ExFlow and/or Concur.
