What you will do

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account adjustments.
• Perform reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts such as cash, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and accounts payable.
• Collaborate with procurement and order management to maintain financial controls and reporting.
• Reconcile inventory transactions and balances monthly to ensure financial statement accuracy.
• Review and post employee travel and expense reports through Concur.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and investigate any variances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of accounting exhirify.globalence with a focus on financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and exhirify.globalence in preparing financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
