TL;DR

Manager, Media (Film): Coordinating and executing theatrical media campaigns for Universal Pictures and Focus Features with an accent on cross-functional stakeholder management and operational efficiency. Focus on managing end-to-end campaign timelines, asset delivery, and media execution across digital, linear, and out-of-home channels.

Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring office attendance at least four days per week.

Salary: CAD 85,000 – CAD 100,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end execution of media campaigns across social, digital, programmatic, CTV, linear, and OOH channels.
  • Own campaign timelines, critical paths, and launch schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate the collection, review, and delivery of creative assets to media agencies and partners.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external vendors.
  • Track milestones, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues impacting launch timing.
  • Support reporting, budget tracking, and campaign administration.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or an adjacent field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising, client-side marketing, or motion picture studios.
  • Strong understanding of media planning and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required.
  • Must be able to work in the Toronto office at least four days per week.
