Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring office attendance at least four days per week.
Salary: CAD 85,000 – CAD 100,000 yearly

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end execution of media campaigns across social, digital, programmatic, CTV, linear, and OOH channels.
- Own campaign timelines, critical paths, and launch schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate the collection, review, and delivery of creative assets to media agencies and partners.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external vendors.
- Track milestones, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues impacting launch timing.
- Support reporting, budget tracking, and campaign administration.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or an adjacent field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising, client-side marketing, or motion picture studios.
- Strong understanding of media planning and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required.
- Must be able to work in the Toronto office at least four days per week.
