Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 CAD (annual)

What you will do

• Manage, draft, and review client briefs across multiple integrated campaigns.
• Ensure deadlines are met and coordinate team capacity with the Account Director.
• Liaise with clients to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and communicate status and recommendations.
• Distill and transfer client feedback to designers and copywriters.
• Prioritise workloads, escalate when needed, and protect hirify.global brand values.
• Track success criteria and deliver projects on time and within budget while advising clients as a trusted adviser.

Requirements

• Experience delivering multi-channel marketing communications, including digital and direct channels (email and banner experience).
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet short deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client and supplier relationships.
• Moderate understanding of production and interactive processes.
• Basic understanding of financials to manage budgets effectively.
