What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients to understand their business goals and marketing objectives.
• Lead the design and setup of campaigns, including media strategy, buying, and ad operations.
• Manage daily campaign performance across display, mobile, search, social, and online video channels.
• Oversee reporting and analytics to ensure clients' goals are met and exceeded.
• Manage and mentor a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts.
• Lead both on-site and remote client strategy and status meetings.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising account management, yield optimization, or marketing strategy.
• Proven experience in marketing campaign design, management, and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to lead day-to-day client relations and coordinate with multifunctional teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada
