Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario

Salary: $110,000 – $180,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead the Canadian Marketing Strategic Initiatives team, overseeing overall planning and measuring business impact.
  • Align strategy, key priorities, and business processes, including budgeting and annual planning, with the VP and Leadership Team.
  • Strengthen cross-functional partnerships to improve operational efficiency and external client outcomes.
  • Own the production of internal forums and flagship events (e.g., MarketingFest, Town Halls) to unify marketing culture.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing and Corporate Communications to ensure alignment across campaigns and investments.
  • Develop executive reporting and interpret Marketing KPIs to generate insights and recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within Financial Services.
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital or channel management role.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and strategic influencing skills.
  • Strong analytics-based decision making and ability to visually showcase marketing performance in presentations.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs and how they connect to business outcomes.
  • Experience operating within a matrix model and leading enterprise-level internal forums.
