Dedicated Advisor (Hospitality): Managing and retaining a high-value portfolio of vacation rental listings with an accent on strategic relationship building and data-driven performance optimization. Location: Must be based in the U.S. (excluding D.C. and Hawaii; additional restrictions may apply in CA, MD, NY, PA, RI, and WA).
Compensation: $76,500 base salary + $22,500 annual on-target commission.

What you will do
- Manage and retain a high-value book of approximately 200 vacation rental listings.
- Build strategic relationships to reduce churn and drive long-term partnership value.
- Deliver data-driven insights to help owners optimize property performance.
- Provide proactive strategic guidance and growth recommendations to owners.
- Cross-sell management services and identify portfolio expansion opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to align on goals and actionable next steps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of account management experience in a high-touch or strategic environment.
- Must be based in the U.S. (excluding D.C. and Hawaii).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional active listening and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and build trust quickly.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable impact.
