Consultant, Global Market Access & Pricing - Germany

Location: Berlin, Germany; flexible remote work or access to satellite offices in London, Berlin, and Milan.

What you will do

• Lead defined analyses and project workstreams across research, data analysis, financial modeling, pricing, and market access.
• Translate data, research, and market insights into clear client-ready recommendations.
• Coordinate with colleagues, track project progress, and support day-to-day delivery.
• Contribute to client communication, proposals, knowledge assets, and team development.
• Support strategic work covering launch sequencing, pricing, indication expansion, loss-of-exclusivity strategy, forecasting, and asset due diligence.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in market access and pricing, management consulting, or an analytical pharmaceutical role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to structure complex problems and derive business implications from evidence.
• Experience or ambition in global and local market access and pricing, with interest in developing as a global expert.
• Clear career progression, learning agility, and the ability to create value for clients.
• Fluent English required.
• Confidence with Excel and PowerPoint and curiosity about AI-enabled analytical tools.

Nice to have

• Global or local market access and pricing experience, including Germany.
• US market exposure.
• PhD or equivalent degree.
