Solution Consultant - Healthcare (VDI)

Location: Boston, MA, USA; regular domestic travel to client sites across the USA, with occasional international travel.

Salary: USD 180,000–240,000 yearly

What you will do

• Serve as a Clinical Healthcare and VDI subject matter expert for internal teams, customers, and prospects.
• Support sales qualification and map healthcare and virtual desktop challenges to measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrate hirify.global’s value for clinical healthcare initiatives and lead complex Healthcare transactions.
• Partner with End User Computing, IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management stakeholders.
• Facilitate value-based workshops and represent hirify.global at events and marketing initiatives.
• Build external thought leadership and industry influence in Clinical Healthcare.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in presales or technical consulting, ideally selling SaaS or cloud solutions to clinical healthcare institutions.
• Hands-on, multi-site expertise with Citrix, AVD, Windows 365, Omnissa Horizon, or Amazon WorkSpaces.
• Experience with multi-hospital systems or academic medical centers, including Epic, Oracle Health, Cerner, imaging workloads, and roaming clinical sessions.
• Ability to connect technical performance metrics with clinical impact and communicate with CMIOs and virtualization architects.
• Ability to troubleshoot the full delivery path across devices, networks, gateways, brokers, session hosts, profiles, images, and applications.
• Strong understanding of Healthcare IT support, End User Computing, Desktop Services, and digital experience monitoring.
