Associate Principal, Policy (Vaccines)- Remote US Work role

Location: Remote within the United States; office hubs are available in Washington, D.C., New York City, and Philadelphia.

What you will do

• Generate strategic and tactical recommendations addressing clients’ policy and business needs.
• Lead day-to-day delivery of multiple healthcare policy and vaccine engagements, including project strategy, team management, quality control, timelines, and client communication.
• Develop new advisory offerings and contribute to business development, sales, and revenue goals.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff across the practice and firm.
• Author thought leadership that demonstrates vaccine policy and market access expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health policy, public policy, public health, healthcare management, business administration, health economics, biological sciences, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, vaccine manufacturing, or a similar organization focused on vaccine policy and market access, marketing, or commercialization.
• Established expertise in the U.S. vaccine policy and market access landscape at federal and state levels, including Medicare, Medicaid, VFC, Section 317, Universal Purchase states, commercial markets, provider scope-of-practice laws, and vaccine purchasing policies.
• Experience with vaccine reimbursement analysis, payment analytics, competitive intelligence, primary market research, payer and provider advisory boards, and translating findings into client recommendations.
• Hands-on experience developing market access and promotional or non-promotional materials, managing MLR review cycles, and using Veeva Vault submission and approval processes.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and situational leadership skills, including PowerPoint and Excel-based analysis.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of vaccine coding and experience developing applications for the AMA CPT Staff and Panel.
• Ability to evaluate channel options for pipeline immunization products and identify opportunities based on a target product profile.
