Back Office General Ledger Operation Support Analyst (Traveling) Core Director (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role for candidates living within approximately 70 miles of Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; Allen, TX; or Lenexa, KS. Requires 40–50% travel to customer locations throughout the United States, including overnight trips.

What you will do

• Implement, configure, and support the General Ledger Operations software application.
• Consult with banking clients on parameter design, business-process mapping, data-conversion validation, and system setup.
• Travel with conversion teams to customer sites for software installation, configuration, training, and implementation.
• Analyze and audit transactions flowing through core systems in collaboration with application analysts and programmers.
• Provide post-installation support, answer product-usage questions, and maintain issues through resolution.
• Prepare customer and internal training materials and documentation.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience working in a financial institution with back-office general ledger operations.
• Ability to live within approximately 70 miles of an office in Springfield or Monett, Missouri; Allen, Texas; or Lenexa, Kansas.
• Ability to travel 40–50% for software implementations, typically one trip per month lasting 6–9 days.
• Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends when needed.
• Ability to communicate with banking clients, software teams, programmers, and internal stakeholders.

• Previous bank data-conversion experience.
• Core Director experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
