Senior Industry Advisor (Property Care)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $163,400–$245,000 USD for Zone 1 locations and $152,600–$229,000 USD for other US locations; international compensation varies by location.

hirify.global is building a platform of record for property care businesses across pest, lawn, pool, arbor, and irrigation services.

What you will do

• Advise Product on feature decisions, reporting needs, product requirements, and roadmap priorities from an operator’s perspective.
• Represent hirify.global at industry conferences, manage relationships with trade organizations, and create market point-of-view documents.
• Join sales calls, answer trade-specific questions, and develop go-to-market materials and value propositions.
• Support implementation discovery, resolve complex operational issues, and provide trade-specific guidance to implementation teams.
• Translate customer pain points into actionable input for internal teams and support priority named accounts.

Requirements

• Senior experience in the property care trade industry with direct oversight of Operations and Technology.
• Experience running high-performing operations in enterprise settings.
• Recent experience leading property care technology systems, ideally including a major platform migration or enterprise rollout.
• Strong market credibility with industry operators and exceptional verbal storytelling skills.
• Deep knowledge of recurring revenue and service agreements, technician routing, route density optimization, chemical tracking and compliance, and multi-location or multi-brand operations.

• Experience with M&A integrations, platform consolidations, or multi-brand rollups.
