What you will do

  • Lead safety awareness and implement innovative techniques to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage manufacturing plant operations including injection molding and complex assembly.
  • Oversee warehouse, inbound component flow, and international shipping operations.
  • Deploy Lean Management Systems to drive daily accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver year-over-year financial improvement and manage site P&L results.
  • Coach and develop managers and supervisors to build leadership depth and accountability.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work in New Brighton, MN
  • BA or BS in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (Masters preferred).
  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in an operations leadership role.
  • 5–10 years of P&L management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing concepts.
  • Proficiency in analytical problem solving and ERP systems.
