What you will do

• Oversee the results of a multi-shift manufacturing operation, focusing on safety, quality, reliability, and cost.
• Champion and implement Lean manufacturing principles via the hirify.global Performance System (MKPS) to eliminate waste.
• Manage capital and expense budgets and drive economic value added (EVA) based on business conditions.
• Lead workforce development, including staffing, performance management, and coaching for operations managers.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply management to ensure the successful introduction of new products.
• Ensure a safe working environment by managing the plant safety program and compliance with legislation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of management experience in operations and manufacturing-related processes.
• At least 4 years of senior-level experience leading salaried employees.
• Proven track record of applying lean manufacturing principles to lead change initiatives.
• Strong financial management skills and ability to manage business conditions vs. budgets.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with Executive Leadership and production-floor employees.
