TL;DR
Manufacturing Process Manager (Industrial Engineering): Defining and building operational processes for electrical wire harness manufacturing with an accent on bridging the gap between physical operations and software configuration. Location: Onsite in Cypress, CA. Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorizations.
Salary: $150,000–$180,000

What you will do
- Design and maintain a best-in-class operational foundation, including SOPs and workflows for Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Operations and Product/Software teams to translate operational needs into user stories and business requirements.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive structured improvement initiatives to ensure scalability.
- Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational validation for new software capabilities.
- Develop rollout plans and training materials to drive successful process adoption across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
- 5+ years of experience as a Manufacturing, Process, or Industrial Engineer.
- Proven track record of implementing operational processes in fast-paced hardware manufacturing.
- Expertise in at least three areas: Procurement, Material Planning, Scheduling, Inventory, Logistics, or Quality.
- Experience writing SOPs, process flow diagrams, and RACI frameworks.
- Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, etc.).
Nice to have
- Experience in Aerospace or electronics manufacturing.
- Background in startup or high-growth environments.
- Experience with ERP, MES, MRP, or PLM software platforms.
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma.
