Salary: $150,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Design and maintain a best-in-class operational foundation, including SOPs and workflows for Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Operations and Product/Software teams to translate operational needs into user stories and business requirements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive structured improvement initiatives to ensure scalability.
• Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational validation for new software capabilities.
• Develop rollout plans and training materials to drive successful process adoption across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of experience as a Manufacturing, Process, or Industrial Engineer.
• Proven track record of implementing operational processes in fast-paced hardware manufacturing.
• Expertise in at least three areas: Procurement, Material Planning, Scheduling, Inventory, Logistics, or Quality.
• Experience writing SOPs, process flow diagrams, and RACI frameworks.
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, etc.).

Nice to have

• Experience in Aerospace or electronics manufacturing.
• Background in startup or high-growth environments.
• Experience with ERP, MES, MRP, or PLM software platforms.
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma.
