Compensation: CA$165,000 – CA$190,000 + Equity

hirify.global is an early-stage startup building automation software to streamline assurance and audit workflows for cybersecurity, privacy, and financial sectors.

What you will do

  • Manage a targeted list of Canadian firms, overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with senior executives at large enterprise customers.
  • Orchestrate multi-regional sales efforts, balancing global strategy with local execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Solutions, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Develop and refine enterprise sales playbooks for a rapidly scaling startup.
  • Represent the company at key industry conferences and networking events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience as an Account Executive with a focus on net new logos.
  • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Prior experience working for or selling directly to audit, advisory, or assurance firms.
  • Deep knowledge of the Canadian market, business culture, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong executive presence with experience managing multi-threaded, highly technical sales processes.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
