Compensation: CA$165,000 – CA$190,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Manage a targeted list of Canadian firms, overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with senior executives at large enterprise customers.
- Orchestrate multi-regional sales efforts, balancing global strategy with local execution.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Solutions, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Develop and refine enterprise sales playbooks for a rapidly scaling startup.
- Represent the company at key industry conferences and networking events.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience as an Account Executive with a focus on net new logos.
- Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to strategic enterprise accounts.
- Prior experience working for or selling directly to audit, advisory, or assurance firms.
- Deep knowledge of the Canadian market, business culture, and competitive landscape.
- Strong executive presence with experience managing multi-threaded, highly technical sales processes.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
