TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (Enterprise): Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for Sardine’s agentic risk platform, building qualified pipeline and closing deals with Fortune 1000 companies and large financial institutions with an accent on fraud, compliance, and digital transformation. Focus on consultative discovery, multi-threaded sales cycles, and partnering with Growth/BDRs and Solutions Engineering to structure complex deals and successfully contract.

Location: Remote (United States; Canada)

Salary: OTE $230K–$320K (US) / CA$260K–CA$390K (Canada) + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Build and manage a qualified enterprise pipeline by cultivating relationships with executives across Business, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Run in-depth discovery sessions to understand client challenges, initiatives, existing tech stack, and strategic priorities.
  • Position Sardine’s value proposition and thought leadership across digital transformation, digital identity, compliance, and fraud domains.
  • Own end-to-end sales execution: qualify opportunities, tailor presentations/demos with Solutions Engineering, lead negotiations, and oversee contracting to close.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide market feedback from prospects and clients.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 3+ years of proven success selling to fintechs and neobanks, with fraud and compliance expertise strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills, including impactful discovery sessions.
  • Ability to translate risk, compliance, technical, and customer experience challenges into business value.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles and structure complex deals.
  • Willingness to travel across North America and globally as needed.
