What you will do

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders to address critical business challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, product, delivery, and marketing teams to design tailored, enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million-dollar contracts and complex SaaS-based deal structuring.
  • Serve as the client's voice within hirify.global to influence product roadmaps and solution strategies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive account expansion and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven senior-level experience managing strategic relationships with executives in large financial institutions.
  • Track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise SaaS deals.
  • Deep familiarity with banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, or consumer lending.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for face-to-face client interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or equivalent commercial experience.
