What you will do
- Develop territory business plans, objectives, and action steps to drive sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain client prospects and relationships; secure appointments and present promotional initiatives.
- Lead strategic client discussions and create presentations, marketing materials, and written/verbal communications.
- Develop customized proposals and scope documentation (IO, SOW) aligned to client needs and medical/legal/regulatory guidelines.
- Own successful execution and delivery of sold/managed projects in the territory; coordinate program kickoffs and track status.
- Maintain accurate territory details in Salesforce.com and provide project status reporting; review and approve custom programs prior to publication/execution.
Requirements
- College degree.
- 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years selling to pharmaceutical companies and/or media agencies.
- Knowledge of pharma standards, disciplines, and individual pharma procedures.
- Ability to attend key medical conferences in relevant markets; travel as needed.
- Strong research, organizational, planning, and presentation skills; able to work under deadline pressure and multitask.
- Technologically proficient with G-Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
