What you will do

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS, strategic partner, license, and professional service agreements.
• Lead legal support for EMEA commercial teams, including transaction and RFP support.
• Advise on go-to-market strategies and complex legal matters to effectively manage risk.
• Handle day-to-day legal inquiries in cooperation with business units and other legal team members.
• Assist with corporate entity support, collections, marketing, and litigation matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree.
• 7+ years of experience providing commercial support in an international SaaS corporate environment.
• Proven experience supporting sales teams and managing channel partner programs.
• Ability to work across multiple regions and time zones independently.
• Must be based remotely in the UK or Ireland.
