What you will do

• Act as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders in Technology, Procurement, and corporate functions.
• Lead the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial, technology, and supplier agreements.
• Advise on AI initiatives, cloud, SaaS, software licensing, and cyber security projects.
• Manage legal and regulatory risks while enabling business innovation.
• Collaborate with legal teams across hirify.global Group, Comcast, and NBCUniversal.
• Mentor and coach junior members of the Legal team.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in a UK or equivalent common law jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in leading private practice or an in-house legal team.
• Significant expertise in negotiating complex commercial and technology contracts.
• Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

• In-house experience within a large, matrixed organization.
• Specific expertise in SaaS, AI, outsourcing, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience managing external legal providers.
