What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and supplier contracts for the US and North American markets.
• Collaborate with Procurement and IT to review supplier agreements and conduct risk assessments.
• Assist the General Counsel in ensuring operational compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement compliance programs and training initiatives across the business.
• Provide litigation support and manage disputes or legal proceedings involving the company.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one state bar.
• Must have the right to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proven experience in commercial contract management and negotiation.
• Previous experience as an in-house legal practitioner, ideally within a technology or SaaS business.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-legal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of US employment law, including right-to-work checks and visa sponsorship processes.
