Salary: $202,000 - $229,000

What you will do

• Partner with sales, finance, and security teams to support high-velocity deal cycles in Americas, APAC, and Japan.
• Draft and negotiate outbound commercial agreements, including SaaS, DPAs, BAAs, and AI terms.
• Provide practical legal guidance to sales teams to align transactions with company policies.
• Develop and scale legal playbooks, frameworks, and internal knowledge-sharing materials.
• Research and adapt internal guidelines based on emerging global laws and regulatory shifts.
• Manage high-impact ad hoc legal projects.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and active membership in a U.S. state bar association.
• 4+ years of law practice, including significant in-house experience at a tech company.
• Experience supporting sales organizations on complex outbound revenue transactions with enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Privacy, and Security teams.
• Strong legal and business judgment with the ability to translate complex nuances for non-legal stakeholders.
• Must be based in San Francisco to maintain the required hybrid office schedule.
