What you will do

• Partner with Area leadership to drive business results and develop mid- and long-term strategic plans.
• Oversee finance operations and control systems across branches to ensure strict adherence to GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage the distribution of monthly financial reports and KPIs to support data-driven business decision-making.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, investigating variances and improving forecast accuracy.
• Directly manage working capital performance metrics, including the review of aged receivables.
• Collaborate with BU Finance and Shared Services to execute global financial architecture at the local level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a major company or division of a large corporation with dispersed operations.
• Professional experience in the construction or service industry.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Experience working with Oracle.
• Knowledge of POC accounting.
