Salary: $160,000 – $254,000 (depending on location)

What you will do
- Partner with Area leadership to drive business results and develop mid- and long-term strategic plans.
- Oversee finance operations and control systems across branches to ensure strict adherence to GAAP and IFRS.
- Manage the distribution of monthly financial reports and KPIs to support data-driven business decision-making.
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, investigating variances and improving forecast accuracy.
- Directly manage working capital performance metrics, including the review of aged receivables.
- Collaborate with BU Finance and Shared Services to execute global financial architecture at the local level.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a major company or division of a large corporation with dispersed operations.
- Professional experience in the construction or service industry.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Experience working with Oracle.
- Knowledge of POC accounting.
