What you will do

• Lead day-to-day corporate accounting functions, including month-end close, global consolidation, and financial reporting.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring operational autonomy and high-velocity execution.
• Investigate complex transactional discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis to ensure data integrity.
• Implement and optimize accounting workflows using modern technology, automation, and AI tools.
• Maintain strict adherence to US GAAP and manage SOX 404 internal control environments.
• Mentor and manage a growing accounting team across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership roles in fast-growing corporate environments.
• 3+ years of experience at publicly traded or late-stage pre-IPO companies is highly preferred.
• Expert-level functional knowledge of US GAAP, multi-entity consolidations, and SOX 404 compliance.
• Proven experience building and leading accounting teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong proficiency with enterprise-grade ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
• Must be based in the United States.
