What you will do

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple business units ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Oversee core accounting functions including general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, and external auditor coordination.
• Partner with FP&A to execute budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives.
• Lead corporate tax strategy and compliance for income, sales/use, property, and international taxes.
• Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
• Oversee payroll controls and 401(k) administration and vendor management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, tax, and treasury.
• Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing finance teams.
• Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Lucanet.
• Experience with payroll platforms like ADP, UKG, or Paycom.
• Must be based in or able to work from Irving, Texas.
