Location: Hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL (flexibility to work from home Mondays and Fridays)

Salary: $90,000 USD - $143,000 USD (base salary range)

What you will do

• Oversee gross-to-net program understanding and ensure gross-to-net calculation accuracy within GAAP; partner with sales and RGM to optimize spending.
• Provide financial guidance and thought leadership to sales and product leaders to drive profitable growth and shape strategic priorities.
• Own retail annual budget and strategic planning, and drive monthly P&L forecast processes.
• Manage commission reporting accuracy and deliver monthly/quarterly sales reporting and ad-hoc analysis for the segment.
• Support monthly and quarterly presentations by explaining variances and creating corrective action plans.
• Evaluate new business proposals and opportunities with sales, RGM, and channel teams; develop and drive the sales forecasting process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field (10+ years preferred).
• Strong P&L management, financial modeling, investment evaluation, and cost optimization skills.
• Advanced analytical and communication skills to translate detailed analysis into clear, actionable initiatives.
• Proficiency with Excel modeling and data management, plus PowerPoint for senior-level presentations.
• Ability to influence others in a highly cross-functional, matrix environment.
