What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance partner for Applications business leadership to evaluate projects and resource allocation.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, maintaining operational spend models for transparency and accountability.
• Manage a team of finance professionals across multiple regions supporting the applications organization.
• Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and automate reporting using Power BI, Excel, and ERP enhancements.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews with actionable recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance or FP&A, ideally in technology or semiconductor industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Oracle, or Hyperion is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives independently.
• Must be located in North Reading, MA, US
