Salary: $107,000 - $158,300

What you will do

• Lead a team supporting budget areas including Equipment Rents, Joint Facilities, Haulage, and Passenger Services.
• Develop and monitor processes, models, and reports to accurately forecast expenses.
• Perform balance sheet accruals, analysis support, and metric reporting for business partners.
• Act as a budget Subject Matter Expert for the Equipment Rents and Passenger Services teams.
• Facilitate monthly budget reviews and forecasts with operations groups and the VP of Service Design.
• Assist in the development of performance measures, strategic initiatives, and annual plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a finance-related field.
• Expert understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Ability to research accounting issues and conclude on proper accounting treatment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Fort Worth, TX.

Nice to have

• CPA certification and/or public accounting experience.
• Master’s Degree in accounting or business administration.
