What you will do
- Research priority accounts, including public transport operators and authorities.
- Plan and execute highly tailored multi-channel outbound strategies aligned with account-based marketing initiatives.
- Identify and engage decision-making units within strategic accounts using the Outreach Playbook.
- Lead initial outreach and run senior-level conversations with Director and C-suite stakeholders.
- Support early-stage sales activities: discovery, qualification, and mapping customer value.
- Log activities and insights in CRM (HubSpot) and record calls using Grain; participate in later-stage cycles with the Head of Sales.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or account-based marketing.
- Proven ability to engage complex enterprise customer accounts.
- Enterprise/tech sales experience is essential, ideally with exposure to the public transport sector.
- Strategic, research-driven mindset with detail-oriented execution and strong relationship-building.
- Excellent communication and consultative, value-led approach.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, able to independently drive pipeline generation and outreach.
