Location: Must be based in Ireland (Remote with optional office access in Dublin).

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, including complex and non-standard deals.
- Drive approval matrices and ensure timely turnaround during high-volume periods.
- Advise the Sales team on pricing, packaging, and creative deal structures.
- Maintain data hygiene and accuracy within Salesforce and CPQ systems.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend system improvements to scale operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to resolve commercial issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in deal desk, deal strategy, or pricing within B2B SaaS.
- Strong proficiency with CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or DealHub).
- Advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proven ability to structure complex, non-standard deals and understand revenue recognition.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Must be based in Ireland and comfortable working in a dynamic, hyper-growth startup environment.

- Experience supporting global commercial organizations.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based SaaS pricing models.
- Experience with revenue recognition concepts and SaaS contracting.
- Background in implementing or optimizing quote-to-cash systems.
