What you will do

• Design and configure SAP systems, specifically focusing on forecasting (IBP) and planning application areas.
• Perform impact analysis for system changes and implement practical, imaginative solutions to complex problems.
• Provide primary production support for SAP end-users and resolve issues impacting multiple application teams.
• Mentor junior analysts, lead the estimation of enhancement requests, and delegate activities.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to ensure alignment of business needs with system delivery.
• Create and maintain system documentation and develop new operational processes to meet current challenges.

Requirements

• Location: Must be located in or able to work in Madison, WI
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or 12 years of relevant experience).
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an analyst or project delivery role.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
• Ability to travel between local company locations and occasional overnight travel (5%).

Nice to have

• Experience configuring business systems software within the life science or healthcare industry.
• Ability to architect and support SAP IBP and Production Planning functionality.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud Solutions, and Fiori.
• Understanding of SAP Security architecture and implementation methods.
