TL;DR

Sr. Business Systems Analyst (SAP/CO): Managing and optimizing SAP Controlling and Manufacturing Finance modules with an accent on cost center accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis. Focus on bridging business requirements with technical solutions in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments to drive operational efficiency.

Location: Must be based in Libertyville, IL (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office)

Salary: $87,000 - $124,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Analyze, design, and implement business processes within SAP CO and Manufacturing Finance modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and conduct unit and integration testing for new implementations.
  • Provide ongoing support for critical business processes and resolve production issues.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows and functional specifications.
  • Conduct training sessions for business users and share best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of related experience.
  • Must be able to work in the Libertyville, IL office 4 days per week.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Deep expertise in SAP CO, including Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
  • Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA 2023.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing finance processes and integration points.
