TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days/week in Old Street office).

What you will do
- Own the design strategy and system for a specific product domain or line.
- Drive business outcomes including revenue, retention, and operational efficiency through design.
- Set quality standards and paradigms for the design team, including motion and micro-interactions.
- Provide line management and mentorship to designers while remaining hands-on with craft.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and clinical teams to build end-to-end healthcare experiences.
- Integrate AI interfaces and advanced prototyping into the team's workflow.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design with a track record of domain ownership.
- Portfolio required demonstrating problem-solving that moved commercial levers across a broad product area.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to connect app interfaces to clinical and delivery services.
- Expertise in accessibility, visual craft, and information architecture.
- Ability to work end-to-end from research and problem definition to UX writing.
- Must be based in London and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience working in regulated health or clinical environments.
- Proven track record of building inclusive team cultures.
