What you will do

• Own the design strategy and system for a specific product domain or line.
• Drive business outcomes including revenue, retention, and operational efficiency through design.
• Set quality standards and paradigms for the design team, including motion and micro-interactions.
• Provide line management and mentorship to designers while remaining hands-on with craft.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and clinical teams to build end-to-end healthcare experiences.
• Integrate AI interfaces and advanced prototyping into the team's workflow.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design with a track record of domain ownership.
• Portfolio required demonstrating problem-solving that moved commercial levers across a broad product area.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect app interfaces to clinical and delivery services.
• Expertise in accessibility, visual craft, and information architecture.
• Ability to work end-to-end from research and problem definition to UX writing.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office 3 days per week.

• Experience working in regulated health or clinical environments.
