Senior Product Designer, UX (Travel): Leading end-to-end product design for consumer mobile and web experiences with an accent on translating customer insights and strategy into high-quality product improvements. Location: Remote, anywhere in Spain or the UK
Salary: £78,500 - £106,500 (UK) / €72,000 - €97,000 (Spain)

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end product design for consumer mobile and web experiences from discovery through delivery.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data teams to translate user needs into high-quality improvements.
- Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and production-ready specifications.
- Contribute to the evolution of ’s Design System to improve consistency and accessibility.
- Mentor other designers through feedback, pairing, and critique within the Product Design Guild.
- Leverage AI and emerging tools to optimize design workflows and speed up learning.
Requirements
- 6+ years of dedicated product design experience in a tech startup, scale-up, or product-led company.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI, interaction design, and measurable product impact.
- Extensive experience shipping native mobile and web B2C applications.
- Advanced skills in Figma and FigJam, including creating complex flows and prototypes.
- Must be based in Spain or the United Kingdom.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1+).
Nice to have
- Experience in telecommunications, travel, marketplaces, or subscription-based global products.
- Knowledge of eSIMs or GSMA-related technologies.
- Experience collaborating deeply with Research, Data, or Growth teams.
