Senior Product Designer, UX (eSIM)

Location: Remote, anywhere in Spain or the UK

Salary: UK £74,000–£106,500 annually; Spain €67,600–€97,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design for consumer mobile and web experiences, from discovery through delivery.
• Translate customer needs, research, data, and product strategy into high-quality product improvements with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, Data, Growth, and Design partners.
• Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, UX copy, and production-ready specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, critiques, ideation sessions, and stakeholder alignment conversations.
• Contribute to the design system, accessibility, consistency, product quality, and design efficiency.
• Mentor designers and strengthen the Product Design Guild through feedback, collaboration, and thoughtful use of AI.

Requirements

• 6+ years of dedicated product design experience in a startup, scale-up, product company, or product-focused agency.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI quality, interaction design, product thinking, and measurable impact.
• Extensive experience designing, testing, and shipping native mobile and web applications for B2C products.
• Advanced Figma and FigJam skills, including flows, prototypes, product specifications, and production-ready assets.
• Advanced experience with design systems, native mobile guidelines, responsive design, accessibility, motion, and interaction details.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication is required. Experience with Lean or Agile product development, workshops, critiques, cross-functional collaboration, and AI-enabled design workflows is also required.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecommunications, travel, marketplaces, subscriptions, or global consumer products.
• Knowledge of eSIMs, GSMA-related technologies, or mobile connectivity services.
• Deep partnership experience with Research, Data, Growth, or Content Design teams.
