• Elevate the product craft across visual design, interaction, and motion to create premium experiences.
• Independently own high-value, strategically important experience problems from ideation to execution.
• Drive alignment and accelerate engineering using realistic modelling of flows and interaction patterns.
• Integrate modern AI tooling into the design workflow to materially improve speed and iteration quality.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Principal Designer shaping high-quality, consumer-facing digital products.
• Expertise in solving complex problems across UX, design systems, visual craft, and interaction.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Clinical, and Behavioural Science teams.
• Proven ability to use AI tooling to create leverage and scale these workflows across the team.
• Deep craft maturity, impeccable taste, and the ability to balance ambition with speed.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to regulatory, technical, or business constraints.
