What you will do

• Lead the design of digital experiences across web and mobile from discovery through to launch and continuous optimization.
• Conduct customer research to uncover pain points and identify opportunities to create value.
• Transform insights, data, and business goals into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Prototype and test ideas rapidly using experimentation and customer feedback to validate solutions.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, shape strategy, and deliver impactful outcomes.
• Utilize product metrics and AI-powered design tools to assess success and improve experiences.

Requirements

• Experience designing successful digital products in a consumer-focused environment.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end product design across web and mobile experiences.
• Strong portfolio showcasing customer-centered design with measurable commercial impact.
• High proficiency in Figma, modern prototyping tools, and design systems.
• Experience with accessible design practices and working within collaborative Agile teams.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
