hirify.global is a leading pan-European exchange in the Eurozone operating an Electronic Communication Network for foreign exchange trading.

What you will do

  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard new clients across all target segments to drive regional expansion.
  • Generate revenue through trading volumes, commissions, and the sale of market data products.
  • Deepen client relationships and increase volumes by collaborating with the Liquidity Management team on tailored execution solutions.
  • Collaborate globally with Sales, Liquidity Management, Support, and Quant teams to ensure high service standards.
  • Analyze prospective clients and track sales activity using corporate CRM tools.
  • Provide market feedback to the product team to help shape future functionality and features.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in eFX sales.
  • Strong understanding of eFX market trends and core concepts (spreads, decay, cost of execution, last look).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong quantitative skills for analyzing participant trading behavior.
  • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills for engaging across all levels of a client organization.
  • Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom

Nice to have

  • Previous experience at an FX platform or trading venue.
  • Knowledge of digital assets.
  • Established client relationships, particularly on the buy-side.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and digital technologies to improve productivity and client insight.
