What you will do

• Own complex in-life borrower requests like restructures, security changes, and loan modifications
• Monitor credit risk, triage early warning indicator alerts, and manage pre-watchlist accounts
• Engage directly with customers and collaborate with underwriting, relationship, and collections teams
• Build scalable processes, develop MI and reporting, and drive continuous improvements

Requirements

• Strong understanding of SME/commercial lending and in-life credit risk monitoring, including early warning indicators
• Customer-focused mindset balanced with risk discipline
• Strong judgement, prioritization, and documentation in fast-moving environment
• Proven ability to build processes and drive improvements across stakeholders
• Confident communicator for internal and customer engagement
