What you will do
- Own all Sales ARR attainment for the UK, managing both new logo acquisition and existing client growth.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of senior sales and account managers to ensure quota achievement and pipeline accuracy.
- Define and execute regional sales strategy across Asset Manager and Asset Owner segments.
- Engage as the senior commercial sponsor in strategic opportunities, orchestrating virtual deal teams and C-suite negotiations.
- Provide market feedback on trends and competitive dynamics to drive improvements in the value proposition.
Requirements
- Proven track record in large, complex, solution-based sales within Financial Services or FinTech.
- Experience leading senior sales teams with a structured approach to pipeline management and coaching.
- Deep understanding of the UK investment management market, including front, middle, and back-office operations.
- Strong ability to build trust and strategic relationships at the CxO level.
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex platform capabilities into business outcomes.
