What you will do

  • Own all Sales ARR attainment for the UK, managing both new logo acquisition and existing client growth.
  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of senior sales and account managers to ensure quota achievement and pipeline accuracy.
  • Define and execute regional sales strategy across Asset Manager and Asset Owner segments.
  • Engage as the senior commercial sponsor in strategic opportunities, orchestrating virtual deal teams and C-suite negotiations.
  • Provide market feedback on trends and competitive dynamics to drive improvements in the value proposition.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in large, complex, solution-based sales within Financial Services or FinTech.
  • Experience leading senior sales teams with a structured approach to pipeline management and coaching.
  • Deep understanding of the UK investment management market, including front, middle, and back-office operations.
  • Strong ability to build trust and strategic relationships at the CxO level.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex platform capabilities into business outcomes.
