Location: Must be based in Lewisville, Texas (On-site role)

What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 support for all people-related inquiries at the fulfillment center.
• Manage employee lifecycle events including onboarding, training logistics, and offboarding.
• Administer time and attendance records using physical timeclocks and HRIS software.
• Maintain accurate employee data and ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with People Partners to escalate complex issues and improve operational workflows.

Requirements

• Must be able to work a Back Half schedule (Wed-Sat 10:30am-8:30pm).
• 1+ year of experience in People Operations, HR Coordination, or administrative support.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and timekeeping software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume inquiries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compliance-first mindset suitable for a regulated industry.
