TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US

Salary: $29.81 - $35.77 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files within ADP Workforce Now.
  • Process status changes, promotions, and organizational updates while ensuring data integrity.
  • Monitor the People Resources shared inbox to resolve employee and manager inquiries.
  • Create engaging communications, newsletters, and training materials using Canva and Microsoft Office.
  • Support HR audits, compliance tracking, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR administrative or coordinator experience.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with survey platforms like Microsoft Forms or SurveyMonkey.
  • Experience with electronic document management systems.
