Location: Must be based in the USA. Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office) for those in Denver, San Francisco, or New York; otherwise, remote is available in approved US locations.
Salary: $145,000–$209,000 OTE (depending on location)

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at large accounting firms to maximize value from Pro.
- Lead onboarding, tailored training, and on-site meetings, with travel requirements between 25% and 50%.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and engagement across enterprise accounting firms.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers to create joint success plans for onboarding and expansion.
- Provide actionable partner feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to influence the product roadmap.
- Integrate AI-powered workflows into daily operations to identify friction and improve internal processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in partner, account, or customer success management with a strong focus on enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of the accounting firm ecosystem, business models, and technology needs.
- Proven track record of integrating AI tools into professional workflows (writing, research, summarization).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% during peak periods.
- Experience with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
