What you will do

• Lead engineering processes across design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Establish standards for code quality, observability, and maintainability.
• Coordinate project efforts across developers, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.
• Lead complex technical tasks, troubleshooting, and peer reviews.
• Design and build POCs for new product needs and modernization patterns.
• Mentor engineers and delegate work to support effective delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience in delivering production software.
• 5+ years of hands-on application development across backend, frontend, or cloud domains.
• Experience leading technical delivery, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from Nashville, TN.

Nice to have
