What you will do
- Own the data platform end-to-end, including architecture, tooling, and roadmap.
- Contribute hands-on with Snowflake and DBT to build, migrate, and optimize data systems.
- Design AI-native infrastructure to support LLM applications and agentic workflows.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate data needs into platform capabilities.
- Lead and develop a high-impact engineering team, setting a high bar for technical craft.
- Make strategic build vs. buy decisions based on operational and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- Deep, hands-on engineering experience with Snowflake and DBT.
- Proven experience navigating complex, heterogeneous data environments and messy integrations.
- Experience shipping AI-backed data systems or pipelines serving LLM applications.
- Strong point of view on data access philosophy and governance.
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience building and developing high-performing engineering teams.
