What you will do

• Own the data platform end-to-end, including architecture, tooling, and roadmap.
• Contribute hands-on with Snowflake and DBT to build, migrate, and optimize data systems.
• Design AI-native infrastructure to support LLM applications and agentic workflows.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate data needs into platform capabilities.
• Lead and develop a high-impact engineering team, setting a high bar for technical craft.
• Make strategic build vs. buy decisions based on operational and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Deep, hands-on engineering experience with Snowflake and DBT.
• Proven experience navigating complex, heterogeneous data environments and messy integrations.
• Experience shipping AI-backed data systems or pipelines serving LLM applications.
• Strong point of view on data access philosophy and governance.
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building and developing high-performing engineering teams.
