Salary: $140,000–$180,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Define talent needs by analyzing projected growth, team structure, and current market trends.
  • Source, prescreen, and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels including sourcing, referrals, and inbound.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to build strong, trustworthy relationships and drive hiring strategy.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and effective closing strategies.
  • Implement creative recruiting processes and programs to maintain a consistent, high-quality pipeline.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participation required post-hire).
  • 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience with a proven track record of impact and results.
  • Experience partnering with GTM leaders and hiring for sales or technical sales functions.
  • Ability to thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to candidate management.
