GTM Recruiter (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Redwood City, United States

Base salary: $135K–$150K annually, plus stock options and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and G&A roles from sourcing through offer.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines using Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Juicebox.
• Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on requirements, calibrate feedback, and maintain requisition status.
• Guide candidates through interviews and offer conversations with clear, timely communication.
• Follow the established GTM recruiting process and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle non-technical or GTM recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success roles.
• Experience sourcing and closing individual-contributor and manager-level candidates.
• Working proficiency with an ATS; Ashby experience is a plus.
• Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox.
• Strong organization, data-driven pipeline management, communication, and daily AI-tool fluency.
