Recruiter II (GTM)

Location: New York City office, United States; hybrid schedule with in-office work on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and work-from-home option on Tuesday and Friday.

Salary: $123,000–$156,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 6–10 active go-to-market requisitions across sales, business development, and customer success.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to define role profiles, talent strategies, and sourcing plans.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through passive outreach, referrals, and strategic sourcing.
• Develop closing strategies and compensation recommendations for in-demand GTM candidates.
• Use recruiting metrics and pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and improve interview processes.
• Establish regional recruiting best practices and deliver a candidate-first interview experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a record of sourcing and closing GTM talent.
• Experience creating proactive sourcing strategies for passive candidates across competitive GTM functions and regional markets.
• Consultative partnership skills for driving structured, equitable, and inclusive hiring decisions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, process management, and prioritization skills.
• Hands-on experience with the Greenhouse applicant tracking system and the use of AI to improve recruiting effectiveness.
