What you will do

• Partner with the CEO and GTM leadership to define and execute hiring strategies for Sales, CS, and Marketing.
• Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
• Refine and scale the internal recruiting infrastructure, systems, and tools.
• Build a high-performance hiring machine that balances systematic rigor with human judgment.
• Develop deep expertise in GTM talent markets to identify and attract top-tier operators.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership to inform hiring decisions and pipeline management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced, high-growth B2B startup environment.
• Proven ability to assess exceptional talent and effectively sell the company opportunity.
• Strong network or the discipline to build one rapidly within the GTM space.
• AI-native mindset with demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate recruiting workflows.
• Ability to partner directly with founders and leadership, providing pushback and maintaining high hiring standards.
• Hunter mentality with a proactive approach to sourcing top-tier candidates.
