Salary: $125,000–$190,000 OTE

What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for designated accounts, building relationships across all organizational levels.
- Align solutions with customers' unique objectives and business challenges.
- Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with the partner network to provide exceptional client support.
- Monitor customer health and stay updated on industry trends to inform product enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales or a SaaS environment.
- Experience in enterprise account management, preferably with CMS, CX, Commerce, or DAM technologies.
- Strong business acumen regarding digital marketing concepts and the evolving digital landscape.
- Excellent communication skills for building credibility with executive stakeholders.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (E-verify used for identity and employment eligibility).
