Salary: $125,000–$190,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for designated accounts, building relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Align hirify.global solutions with customers' unique objectives and business challenges.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
  • Develop strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with the partner network to provide exceptional client support.
  • Monitor customer health and stay updated on industry trends to inform product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales or a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in enterprise account management, preferably with CMS, CX, Commerce, or DAM technologies.
  • Strong business acumen regarding digital marketing concepts and the evolving digital landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills for building credibility with executive stakeholders.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (E-verify used for identity and employment eligibility).
